Campus Event Promotion

Please note:
  • This service is only available to USask faculty, staff and students for university-related activities and is at no cost.
  • Events may take 1 to 2 business days to appear on the USask events calendar so please allow sufficient time for your event to be posted.
  • Entries are reviewed by the Strategic Communications office.
  • A confirmation email is sent when your event is posted and it is your responsibility to review your posting to make sure everything is correct. Please inform us if any changes need to be made.
Other options for promoting your event

The Marketing and Communications channel in PAWS has information on other ways to promote university-related events (including posting a PAWS announcement) and includes branded templates, logos and other related assets.
